Hello and welcome! My name is Mamadou Bah. I am a software engineer with big dreams for the future of technology. This blog focuses on software development, technology, code, and, of course, the cloud because these are areas with which I have everyday hands-on experience.
As a Software Development Manager at iDisciple, I am currently focused on developing native cloud applications using Microsoft Azure. Specifically, I am working on building highly scalable cloud applications capable of handling millions of users.
Before working with iDisciple, I was a Senior Software Engineer at the Georgia Lottery. There, I wrote complex algorithms for various applications. I earned a Bachelors of Science in Software Engineering and my work has provided me with extensive knowledge of web and cloud technologies. I also hold a number of Microsoft certifications.
These certifications include:
- Microsoft Certified Trainer
- MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
- MCSD: Web Applications
- MS: Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions
- MS: Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions
- MS: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
- MS: Programming in C#
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Certified ScrumMaster
I was recently awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional Award in Visual Studio and Development Technologies. This award is given to community technology leaders who share their expertise and have a passion for the development of new technologies.
Along with technology, I am passionate about traveling, sports, and spending time with my family.
Enjoy my blog and feel free to contact me for suggestions and questions.
